Re: Has anyone actually seen an Enyaq on the road yet?

It’s a bit gutting when the other Enyaq in the village is a Black Magic with 21 inch wheels, sportline with crystal face - also weird that every time the chap sees me he looks genuinely shocked to see another Enyaq (we live 800 yards apart).

But in the village we also have multiple Tesla, Hyundai EV’s, Kia EV’s, BMW IX, Taycans, Zoes and Leafs. Lots of comedy electric car noises round south Glos.

I’ve just parked next to one at Stansted.

Their one was posher than mine; Suite interior and tinted windows. Same Betria alloys as me, too.

It was still there last night when I returned back, so they have no idea an almost identical clone had been parked next to them for a day and a half!

Took my wife's VW Caravelle into a VW/Audi specialist in Hull last month for some work, and the guys there were very curious to take a look at my Enyaq, as they had had training on MEB platform, but had only seen the VWs. First Enyaq they'd ever seen in real life too (they were very impressed with the interior, but I guess an Enyaq Sportline compared to an ID.3 Life is a world apart).
OMG, I wonder if you saw me… we live just the other side of the bridge and are out north bank most weekends… sadly, I’ve still not seen another one other than the dealer demo.

Still no update from Skoda on my 80x ordered on Oct 4th, I'm in getting out Kodiaq its first MOT on Monday so will chat to them about this.

Will have to also extend the warranty.

Ironically , the Tesla Model Y performance I ordered on the 14th April which was scheduled for late 22 is now showing as Aug 22...

Interesting dilemma on whether I cancel the 80x , given that second hand values are so good tempted to chop in my nearly 6 year old Superb for the Tesla then chop on the Kodiaq for the Enyaq when it turns up.

Never thought I would say this being a petrol head and loving motor racing but I'm so over ICE engines.

Was going to order a lotus Emira last year but stopped as I don't know what future values will be like with everyone phasing out ICE cars over the next few years

I’m just south of Selby, and see plenty of Teslas (3, S and X), BMW i3 and and i7, a couple of Honda Es, ID.3s, ID.4s and a smattering of Peugeot/Citroen/Vauxhalls locally. Did see a white Enyaq on the M62 near Howden once though.

Have just spent the weekend in Prague and didn't see a single Enyaq! Looks like they're not keeping them for themselves! About 50% of all the cars were Skodas though.

Saw an Enyaq sportline to today in the the blue (royal blue I think) with 21". Looked very nice.

Was in the carpark at the Skoda dealers looking a bit dirty, not sure if it was a customers or their demo.

No Enyaq in the showroom.

Was getting our Kodiaq MOT, something we didn't plan on doing
