I got mine back in July and (other than the onboard software not being able to schedule charging correctly - something we all have to deal with) I’ve had no issues.

No problems with mine, 3.5 weeks so far.
A forum naturally brings out the issues, that's kind of what it's there for. There will be plenty of people out there with no problems who aren't on a forum.

Not much help on this forum, but as a measure of reliability, I'm 33 months into owning my current Kodiaq with exactly zero faults thus far. It's been to the dealer on 4 occasions - service 1, service 2, aircon maintenance (which was optional) and service 3. The only other issue has been a nail in a tyre which the Pirelli seal inside kept me mobile for at least a week before I was forced to use the space saver, and I even lucked in with getting it repaired for free by my local KwikFit.

Here's hoping people find their Enyaqs anywhere near as reliable!

Had mine since the beginning of September and have done 6k miles, no problems except once when the screen froze. Quick hold on the power button to reset.

Very happy with the Enyaq, the motorway service chargers are a different issue 🤬

Owned since mid August (ordered mid May). A slight delay in hand over from the dealer while they sorted out the software, otherwise good experience with the dealer, and no problems so far with the car, despite the steep learning curve.

Given almost all the reported ‘problems’ are more software inconveniences rather than anything serious like mechanical faults I expect a lot will get fixed by OTA updates over time.
These days you have to expect software to have bugs when it’s released, that’s just the nature of the way things are developed.

Would agree with the above - had mine since the end of July and done 3.5k miles. Zero problems except a few days when the nav was down (seems to have been a fairly common problem).

Very happy in general!

I have had my car since mid August and not experienced any problems at all , other than after 10 days some stupid fu#*%^# idiot decided to back into the side of my car whilst it was parked and drive off.
Luckily for me when I returned I had two people come over to me who witnessed what had happened and got the reg of the car and make/model
Car is now getting repaired and I am having to go back to using those fuel stations again
