I think the Enyaq’s efficiency surprised a few reviewers (certainly Bjørn Nyland). Probably in part down to it’s aerodynamics. Drag coefficient is 0.25, which is better than a lot of 1990s/2000s sports cars and extremely good for a massive SUV.

Im glad to see some one not moaning about millage for once ! Everyone seems to have these high expectations of getting the magical WLTP figure every time ! its more than just driving style that effects the millage at the end of the day.

Im looking forward to getting my hands on my 60 hopefully in time for Christmas !

Yep I’m with you on that I was sick of people moaning on the VW forum, how I see it is really simple is the car fit for purpose? If yes then just enjoy it if not stick with a petrol or diesel car.

Like people complaining it doesn’t preheat the battery before charging, so you get reduced rate if it’s cold. Do what? It takes a bit longer, but so would someone having an accident ahead and the traffic slowing down. Just have a cup of tea and relax a bit whilst it charges.

I’m nearly up to 1000 miles now - and no technical gripes whatsoever 👍

Not wanting to dismiss the issues that others have had - I know this can be very frustrating when you can’t get to the bottom of things - but it does look like the most recent hardware coming out the factory, is robust and reliable.

I have absolutely zero regrets going from a decent BMW to the Enyaq. Still slight ‘worry’ regarding the availability of public chargers, but listening to Bo Jo just now, I believe this will absolutely improve.

100% Enyaq convert here 👍👍👍
