Is there an option or is it just driving at 60mph with no heating on!?

I think ‘sport’ makes the steering a bit heavier.
Eco reduces top speed and possibly reduces acceleration a bit. But you can do that yourself anyway.

Think it comes as part of the Sport Drive Package Plus:

You also get the 3 spoke heated steering wheel, progressive steering and Dynamic Chassis Control (adaptive dampers) as part of that package.

From the brochure:
Drive Package gives you 2 spoke heated wheel, paddles and modes. Standard on 80s.
Drive Sport Package gives the same but a 3 spoke wheel and progressive steering. Standard on Sportline.
Drive Sport Package Plus adds adjustable suspension softness.
