About 4700 miles since November.
By the way - very happy with the range, and will easily get 300 miles if I had to.

Just got back from Cornwall, with stats as per the photo.

Just hit 20,000 miles and getting new tyres, I'd already replaced one tyre at 16k and it's already wearing badly. I've stuck to the Bridgestone's it came with. They take a few days to order in so now have an extra spare for the front and back in case I get a puncture.

What corner of the car has excessive tyre wear Enyaq80greyquartz ? any idea what might be the cause of it?

It's the outside edge of the rear passenger tyre. Apparently the weight of an electric car and fast acceleration puts a lot of wear on the back tyres. I took it to Skoda this morning and they couldn't think of a reason for it and now a tyre guy has said I should get the geometry checked.

It’s very helpful to get feedback from higher mileage Enyaq owners. Regarding tyre wear, 20k miles seems not too bad imo. EVs have a reputation for being harder on tyres due to increased weight and torque. Been following Tesla owners website where 30k seems to the maximum, albeit for a lighter car but higher performance.

On the IV 60 Skoda recommend the front and rear tyres are rotated every 6k and I wonder if this will even out tyre wear? (Tesla recommend a similar tyre rotation programme). And before anyone points it out, IV80’s tyres cannot be rotated front to rear.

Having had to replace a 20 inch Bridgestone it is not a cheap option, so have some slight regrets not opting for the far cheaper 19 inch wheels which will save several hundred pounds per tyre set.

Anyone have an opinion on whether wear rates are higher/lower depending on wheel size? Is the heavier IV80 harder on tyres than the IV60? Do some tyre brands last longer than others?

All useful feedback as the mileages increase. Keep the contributions coming.

I have no data regarding tyres, but some brands have EV specific options. Wonder if the compound is better suited for the weight etc

I have just returned from a trip to the Netherlands, my Dutch colleagues always tell me of off I say Holland. Total mileage now covered since Oct 2021 is now 9373. Car has been used for 2 trips to Cornwall (from Retford) and business trips including Ireland. When in the Netherlands I was surprised to see the map covered in charging stations, usually about 8 when driving in urban areas. A far superior charging network.
Tyres are coping extremely well. I chose the 19 inch wheel option based on previous cars with a lower profile and also based on weight of car, I'm glad for the extra cushion it provides. Handling is good, for the size of car.
Averaging 3.8 m/kWh. I have rethought my driving habits too. So now I try to use A & B roads rather than motorways, better regeneration and easier to plan for a charge on longer journeys

Over 25k since the Enyaq arrived (race blue iv80 with loft interior) at the end of last June (would normally be over 30k by now but for various reasons). She’s not really missed a beat, small parking sensor issue dealt with by the local dealer, infotainment seems a little temperamental even after a software update. It ‘locks up’ on some occasions and won’t work again unless car is shut down for an hour or so. Still on original tyres with still a reasonable amount of wear left, averaging 3.2m/kw overall (nice to be closer to 4m in this better weather though!). Overall, absolutely delighted 🏆

At 21k since July 2021. Hadn't even considered getting new tyres. Probably due to this being my first ever new car and the fact that it is so reliable - I forget the thing needs a bit of maintenance! Genuinely never felt so confident getting behind the wheel ready to do a long journey. Live in Scotland and do a lot of rural driving, making use of the council funded charging network. Reluctant to go down to England where all the chargers are privately owned!
