Interesting! Got my Enyaq last October and just done 5500+miles in it, including having just returned to Norfolk from the Outer Hebrides so felt I’d pretty much road tested it, but just had this warning come up (amber) yesterday having slowed down to pass some horses. No other incident of similar prior and nothing that I would have considered to cause such an issue.

Switched car on again today and same amber warning, but didn’t try to put it into drive so will see tomorrow and call garage.

Only other thing I’ve had previously was the screen freezing (which meant no changing temperature/seat heating/sat nav etc) on 3 occasions, all having been parked for a few hours in the cold (-2 to 3C range) and then trying to drive home (in the dark). Typically every time it happened I was somewhere I didn’t know and at least an hour from home, so was a nightmare without satnav (had to use google on my phone on speaker) or heating!!! 🥶 All fixed with a quick software update and didn’t happen once in Scotland so 🤞

These cars definitely don’t seem to love a temperature change :/

Enyaq 60, 7,000 miles. Yesterday had same fault "Electric drive not working correctly" plus 12v battery failure whilst on M25. Total loss of power, had to coast to hard shoulder. It was stop start traffic and very hot so not sure if this had anything to do with the failure. Restarted the car after a couple of minutes and it seemed to go okay but still showed the fault. After a further 20 minutes driving stopped the car for a couple of hours, car locked, key away from car. When I returned to the car the fault had disappeared and returned home (70 miles) with no issues. Went to Skoda dealer today and they confirmed there was no record of the fault on the car and suggested I should keep using and see what happens. If the fault re-appears they suggested the car would need to go to specialist (Skoda?) in Northampton to be fixed - they had had one previous example of this fault and the Northampton people fixed it. Any updates from others appreciated

The error appeared for me when my Enyaq had only 500km
And haven't disappeared for 2 weeks and 1500km :)

Went to the local dealer and that said it is related to a heating unit.
But they can't do anything else as they are not allowed to work with high voltage.
But I can continue to drive as the temperature outside is warm and the heating unit is not needed now :D

Going to the main dealer this Wednesday.

Funnily enough we had ours in November, are approaching 6k miles and have driven from Norfolk to Northern Ireland via Scotland. Today we had our first amber warning light with the visit workshop message, but ours was the SOS system with the Status screen showing the complete steering column and wheel highlighted. We continued to drive as there were no noticeable problems other than the light and the warning sound. While moving we phoned our dealer in Bury St Edmunds and they confirmed that this is a common problem that happens particularly around airports due to communication problems with one or two of the 13 satellites the car is communicating with and relates to the SOS system activated in the event of an accident.

Later in the day, after having locked the car for a while (locking it for a short time didn’t solve the problem), the warning has disappeared. Apparently a software upgrade is available to address this.

Nothing as bad as losing drive and sorry to hear about this, but perhaps growing pains as the car matures🤔

Had this warning for a week now on a car that has done 1400 miles, drives with no issues and covered about 300 miles since it came on. it's in with Skoda Today so fingers crossed it something minor.

update: it's a faulty Heater Module so in for a rebook and Live with the amber warning, not sure I'll need heating for a while.

We had total loss of safe drive at the end of May (see what do you think of it so far) on holiday in France. Took 3 weeks to get it back to UK. Garage had it for a week and no fault showing. We collected it on the Friday and driving back guess what it went again. Not fun driving without speedometer or regeneration on the brakes, so turn around and back to garage for them to have a test drive and they found the fault. ABS sensor fault but only showed after so many wheel revolutions.
Garage have been great got the part next day (Saturday) fitted it and took car for 50 mile drive (said that was boring) and we have been driving happily since. Nothing but praise for our dealers would happily recommend them.

Spent 3 hours at the dealer and they said they need to do more diagnostics as they are not sure if it is a heater or wiring problem.
So left the car there and it could be there for at least 2 weeks.

Gave me a replacement car - Kamiq :(
