Hi all apologies if someone already asked this

I ordered my Enyaq back in November 2021. At the time the standard charging was 50kW. However I now see that as standard they come with 120kW capability.

My car is not due to dealer until May will I get 50kW (what was available back in November) or will I be supplied with 120kW capability?

Has anyone ordered theirs last year and received theirs since the increase?

Thanks

I ordered in Jan 22. My dealer said that anything built from Jan onwards gets the free upgrade to the faster charging. Has yours been built yet? Might be worth giving your dealer a call to see what they say.
Ordered 8th Jan 22 - 80, Energy Blue, Loft, Light and View +, Convenience +, Drive Pack +, Comfort seat basic, Climate Package basic, Drive Sport Basic and HUD. Delivery 41 weeks to the day!

Previous answers to this question have been "you'll get whatever is on the order form". It's not a free upgrade, the base price increased in September 2021 and it disappeared from the brochure in October. However you can pay to have it upgraded after delivery.

You should get 120kw charging

I ordered mine iV60 in June, got it delivered in end of November, where it turned out to be with standard 50kw charging, as Lookers had screwed up their order form, so faster charging was never added to the factory order.
Moving forward to end of January, we receive call from dealer saying we can have a software upgrade, to get the full faster charging.

And boy, is it fast! But you need to get under 10% before it gets to this speed.

What speed of fast charger was it that you got 132Kw? Haven't charged at this speed yet :D

You need the battery to be below 15% to get those sort of speeds, and it'll drop off quite quickly once it gets past 25%.

I can tell you now, that I haven't seen anything north of 97kw if I'm starting charge above 10% SoC
