My Enyaq iv 80 owner's Handbook (and the online manuals) shows a "Comfort Driving Mode" in addition to the Eco, Normal, Sport and Individual driving modes.
However, the Comfort Driving Mode is missing in the menu options. My garage says that this is the same for all the Enyaq models they currently have in the showroom. Is this mode going to be delivered via a software update at some point, or is it permanently missing in action?

My iv 80 has Comfort Mode (I only got the car last Friday)
Does it depend on having DCC fitted?

Hi,
Even though you didn't specify Sport Plus or DCC (neither did I), I notice that although 'Comfort Mode' is missing on your screen, there still appears to be an adjustable 'Individual mode'.
Do you know whether this makes any difference to the ride ( and what do you actually get to adjust here?)
Thanks

Drive Mode Select is also included in the Drive Sport Package Basic, which is a good bit cheaper than the Plus version of the same - £285 vs £1070 - although I guess you don't get to change the suspension settings as the Dynamic Chassis Control is only in the plus package, so not entirely sure what it would change other than the steering and possibly a different default regeneration setting?
That said, the Enyaq configurator would imply that Comfort would be available as one of the options under Drive Mode Select on the Basic package as it's included in the picture of the infotainment screen for that, although I wouldn't take that as gospel that it was actually included:
