Skoda Assist

Got the dreaded 'Electric Drive not working - visit workshop' message (1680 miles). Phoned Skoda at 1000, AA van arrived at 1115, drove the car (warning up but working fine) to the dealer, picked up courtesy car (Volvo C40) and back home by 1230. So while Skoda Assist seems to work flawlessly, it's a pity my new Skoda doesn't. They say I may be without it for a fortnight but to be honest, that's a guess.
