Enyaq 60 refuses to "start" sometimes

Hi All - Has anyone experienced this...
Finally got our new Enyaq just under 1 month ago, and since then, on 3 separate occasions, when I've got into the car, the light on the gear knob has refused to illuminate, and the car will not move. Tried checking settings and vehicle status, turning assists off and on, and even downloaded the report from the My Skoda app (no problems identified).
Usually, if I leave it for a while (an hour or so), and then return to the car, I get in as before, and it's all working again?
I obviously need to take it back to the garage, however I cannot replicate the issue or demonstrate any way of fixing other than waiting, but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else.
