Home charging help - mid terrace house

Hi all,
New to all this and took deliver of my iv60 3 weeks ago. I live in a mid terrace house and it’s about 20 - 25 metres from the road where I could park and attempt to run a charging cable to the car which I don’t think would work. Cable would run across pavement etc.
However, I have a garage which whilst not attached or right beside my property, there are houses directly above it so definitely an electricity supply.
Anyone any idea if I could get a wall box installed at the garage and/or who I ask about some sort of survey?
I’m in Scotland in case that makes a difference.
