Nextbase IQ2 and OBD port

I will shortly be taking delivery of my new 85X Sportline Plus. I am also looking to change my dash cam to the Nextbase IQ2. It connects via the OBD port.
Does the Enyaq have an OBD Port in the front cabin?
Will I be able to connect the dash cam to it?
Has anyone known any issues with this?

The OBD Port, at least on tight hand drive models, is below the binnacle to the right hand side of the steering wheel.

On my car it is powered even when the ignition is off so your dash cam would be drawing current from the 12V auxiliary battery even when the car is not in use. It is probably better to tap in to a switched fuse location in the fusebox. Nexbase makes a hardwire kit to do this. The instructions are given in the Accessories Manual starting at page 9. This camera comes with the hardwire kit. Is the fusebox easy to locate for the wiring?

The fusebox is behind the glove compartment flap at the left hand side. Its cover is at the left of the following image.

Removing the cover refeals the fuses.

If the dash cam connects to OBD port then you may get an issue that the car alarm will go off soon as you step outside the car
