Headlight don’t work

Hi everyone nice to join the family
I just receive my Enyaq yesterday .
Today the headlights stop working…
Everything else in the car still works
But driving in the dark is not a nice experience.
I’ll be happy to get any ideas. What should i do now

Never experienced that before

There is a headlights button

Off side and auto, it’s to the right hand side of the steering wheel near the fog light button (uk models anyway)

Mini is always on auto

I would call skoda assist to check it out.

Failing that I'd be demanding the dealership get it booked in as it's a safety issue that can't wait weeks.....

Hi everyone and thank you for your help.
So to make a story short - I went to the dealership - they connected the car to the main computer and we wait for a diagnostic report - from the headquarters (im in Israel)
they also disconnect and reconnect from the main battery - and that solve the problem as the car resets it self - (Do Not Do that at Home) so I went back home - everything was OK but when I tried to go out again the problem continued - No head lights...
Im Going Back to dealership on Monday to get more answers ...

Did it sort itself over night ?

No. I had to go to the dealership we’re they can connect to the main computer.
They disconnected and reconnect the car from the main power - and everything was back to normal.
But now the problem is back . Probably a software update.

Having the same issue, headlights and indicators at the front not working. Been to the dealership yesterday, picked it up today and it was working. Went out in the car this afternoon and the issue is back. Very frustrating

Did you get to the bottom of this and get it to stop?It happened to me last Friday and was fine later in the day and had just happened again
