Skoda Enyaq 80 loft
new here! forgive basic knowledge on cars.
Just been told the 'rattling' noise, only noticeable external to car is caused by small stones trapped (somewhere), they have removed a handful but need to remove the suspension arm to get to another puddle of stone trapped beyond. Whilst I understand somethings happen, how has this happened? and what can be done to prevent it?
One thing on my mind is this happened after the battery recall was carried out, I've had the car for 2 years, no issues of this nature, and I do have a gravel drive so my car drives over this daily. Could any of the works carried out in the battery recall have 'opened' something up to allow stones to pass through in this holding area?!
