Thanks to all contributors

I’ve been keeping a close eye on this forum plus a couple of Facebook groups and would like to thank everyone for their contributions. Our iV80 is our first EV (and our second Skoda having traded in our Kodiaq) and every drive in it continues to be a pleasure.
Having had our ‘Ennie’ since November last year, the contributors here have helped us with purchases, such as a tyre repair kit, technical information, such as charging information and general EV etiquette that otherwise we would have been unaware of. With 6-months under our belts, we’re still very much new to EV ownership and most days we learn something new (embarrassingly it it took us 5 months to realise the on/off and volume control slider was under the main screen, again discovered here - and I’ve over 35 years IT experience, currently owning our own software business).
A quick story that should be under ‘have you seen an Enyaq on the road?’ post. We picked up clients who we socialise with in Ennie to give them their first ride in an EV. Along the way, I explained how rare they were on the road, the chip shortage problem, the electric harness problem, etc. After a quick G&T at our house (in a small village in the middle of Norfolk) our taxi turned up and we walked outside to a white IV80. Not quite as big a surprise as it should have been, as I’d accosted the driver in an Aldi car park down the road asking all sorts of questions having just ordered ours a few weeks earlier (as others have done to me since).
Thanks again everyone, we’re still picking up the tips on a daily basis.
