The number on the top of the fuse, 5, 7.5, 15, 20, 30, 40, is the current, or Amps that that fuse is rated at.

The fuse number is as per the diagram that tiger tony shared further up this thread (Mon Aug 15, 2022 8:43 am).

This might help? Bit of a tight squeeze though on RHD models with the fuse box in the glovebox! Mine (as shown) is in the default ‘always powered’ position.

Some great info here thanks. I've just moved Fuse 52 to the top position and wired via a 12V cigarette extension lead to the front of the car for my dash cam. I have some bits on order to do a proper hard wire, but this is a great job for now.....!

Ok thanks much appreciated.
Bit nervous about changing fuses around that’s why thought I’d check

I remember it being a struggle, I think brute force won the day for me, not sure if anyone found a better way.....

Maybe don’t do it when it’s really cold, in case that makes the lugs more brittle.

Maybe after warming the cabin and a 15 miles drive then?

A tropical 2 degrees here right now, so I gave it a go. Worked like a charm, many thanks!

PS, I'm guessing the flexible yellow plastic tag with the read-the-manual icon is a no touchy? Primary fuse for everything non-high voltage?
