Hello - have been reading the forum for a while now, thanks for the posts.

First EV. So far, so good with no issues on the car. Enjoying driving it day to day, it’s a lovely ride.

Had a couple of longer drives where charging has been a pain and caused a few arguments. Frustrating to have to wait in a queue to charge up when you’re used to quickly filling up. If there are any maps of quality pubs or restaurants or playgrounds on routes so there is an alternative to service stations, let me know.

Made some mods: black badge and Skoda letters switched. Used kopacek.com, good service, had to pay customs.

There are apps like https://www.zap-map.com/live/ , and https://abetterrouteplanner.com/

I found the latter, and chargemap.com invaluable when driving to the Netherlands and across France.

Also some Tesla Supercharger sites are open to non Teslas:
