Dash cam pairing

Hi everyone going bonkers hers trying to pair my KENWOOD A501-A dash cam to my Samsung S21 phone.
Any help greatly appreciated. I set the pairing up on the dash cam and then put the scan on my phone to pair under Wi-Fi. The phone shows Kenwood Drva501a as an available network. When I tap on it it tries to connect then drops back into “Available Networks”.

I thought that pairing would be via Bluetooth but when I try this via Bluetooth it does not pair or temporarily display. The only thing paired is “My Skoda 0707”

Can anyone put me out of my misery please
