Front sensors and windscreen sensors frozen

I’ve noticed over last few cold morning after pre warming windscreen is clear apart from over the sensors , you can visually see it and hear it on the wiper sweep . Also the normal issue with front assist sensors being covered too . My question is why are these not heated as you pretty much have no safety functions working at all till they either warm up or are manually cleaned ?
