Reversing Camera Display

The view from the reversing camera has changed to letterbox and cuts out half the view. How do I change this?
I can't seem to find the solution.

My camera has halved in size
For some reason gone to a letterbox size.

My camera has stopped working and goes into letterbox mode seconds after activating reverse.

Its booked to go back into the dealership on 28th for a fix, but if anyone knows how to solve it before then, that would be helpful. I have already tried a system factory re-set.

I think you have turned off the park assist manoeuvring lines which show where the car will go with the current steering wheel position.
You are in the other mode which I think goes widescreen to give you more view either side?

Try the different selection ction button to top left?

Been back to dealership, they couldn't fix it. They are awaiting a response from Skoda UK.

Back in to dealership bextcweek. Still not fixed. Going to swap infotainment module from donar vehicle and see if this fixes fault.

Any luck sorting this?
I've had my enyaq iv80 coupe about six weeks and last week the camera has reverted to letterbox with annoying safety message obscuring about a quarter of the image and making it less safe to reverse! I tried contacting skoda on twitter and they told me to speak to dealer. I don't live very close to dealer so keen to see if quicker fix first. Thanks!

Anyone any luck with resolving this?
I have an iv80 & earlier this week the infotainment completely froze. Couldn't get it to do anything. A google search told me how to cold boot it by holding the power button for 30 seconds or so. That worked, but since then my reverse camera is exactly as described here. Effectively useless.
Have tried the cold boot again to no avail.
