Bluetooth Apple car play

So this annoying thing is happening where both me and my wife are in the car. The car will connect to me via Apple car play but will connect to the wives Bluetooth and when someone rings it will be her phone that rings and not mine. Anyone know why this is?

Skoda Enyaq IV Vrs with all the bits and bobs that come with the Vrs
