Wing Mirror Cap

Does anyone know how to remove the wing mirror cap on drivers side so I can get to the led for the indicator the you see at the top right . Mine has been hit and partially moved in to mirror body and I want to push it out.

Looks like you need to remove the mirror glass, then you can access the clips that hold the top section on.
