I ordered a 60 Loft 11th September 2021 (Lease Hire). From that date and until yesterday, when I requested the order be cancelled, we had not received one single update on progress. Today I received a call from the dealer saying "your car arrived in the UK yesterday, we expect to receive it at the dealership within 5 days ready to be transported to your home address". Crazy situation...

For all of you guys waiting, maybe it'll also help if you to tempt fate and poke with a big stick?!

[and yes, I decided to retract the cancellation request]

Saw one post in the Enyaq FB group and one lucky guy ordered an iV60 with almost all the packs in April 2022 (not 2021) and already got a build date of week 25. WTF!!!!

The retailer is the dealer who processed your order. After arriving at the dealer, it shouldn’t take more than a week to be ready for collection, may take a bit longer if the car is being delivered to you
Just reread your question and seen the first part of my answer was a bit obvious and not what you were asking. ‘About to arrive at your retailer’ means your car is at a UK port, or possibly on a transporter from the UK port to your dealer.

I was confused as when I spoke to the dealer he implied collection towards the end of June. I know it spends about a week at the UK port and then some time for the dealer to do their bit. Hoping it will be earlier and seems it possibly might!

Yer my dealer says it's on the way to German and put down first week of July at mo but said he'll update me when it lands in UK as easier to work out eta

I chased my dealer over the weekend and got a response today....still not accepted. I ordered 14th October, however they've had an order accepted recently that was placed 9 days before mine which was also a Sportline, so fingers crossed it's getting closer.

Just heard from dealer build week estimate week 28, ordered end November 2021.
Iv60 lots of packs, we shall see not holding my breath

Todays update from dealer is still showing car is at status 20 with production order. Not changed in nearly 8 weeks. Is this typical?
