Last time the screen was blank for minutes... Today 0 bars on LTE level (last time 1 bar I think but wifi did not help.either) but it got connected after a bit of blackout. Took maybe 6sec total. Not sure if it was network issue earlier. Maybe something else with the backend?

Can you have connect on more than one phone per vehicle? We were told put it on one but if the other half wants it on their phone can they? Very poor app in general

Yes you can. But you need to use the same login on both.
