Smart Schedule

Evening,
I have had various issues with my iv60 mainly charging problems, but for the last two mornings I’ve experience another issue.
The vehicle has successfully charged overnight up to the 80%.
But when I’ve gone to get in the vehicle for work the smart schedule has started but on the vehicle it has gone to a red light near the charging cable and is using battery power to prewarm the vehicle and not electricity from being plugged in which it had been doing previously which meant the light was green on the vehicle.
Has anyone else experienced this.
My vehicle went into the dealership on Monday for a few fault finding issues and they apparently did an update and this has happened since this update, but from the info on the screen I cannot see any difference to the update info I have.
Any one else experienced this problem?

Your on a slightly older software mines is on 795 (Built Nov 21 Delivered Dec 21) ate you using your charge points scheduled charging or the Enyaqs ?

The software numbers you are looking at is only to do with the Infotainment screen, nothing to do with the operating system of the actual vehicle ! You'll need further diagnostic equipment to check on vehicle software versions using the OBD connector.
0792 is a perfectly stable and working version of the screen and 0795 is the latest and final version before ME3.0 comes along.
