Just had our Podpoint installed this morning, chap came and did a very good job. Neat and tidy, just need a car to go with it now. Took around 2.5 hours

Ordered mine before Christmas to make sure I got in with the grant. Sent the photos, and showed they could work isolated from the rest of the house, and that the install should be straightforward.
Installation should be next week. (Car not expected until late May at the earliest - 6 months)

All been very good. Installed a few days ago. Can't fault the guy who did the installation, or his colleague who did the initial assessment and identified some work (water bonding) that needed done prior to installation.

Podpoint was installed, all good on the day, apart from issue connecting to wi-fi. Installers said system needed 24 hours to settle down which I knew was bs. Trying to get a response from Podpoint via email takes weeks, phones don’t get answered. They don’t seem to be able to grasp the fact that the Wi-Fi has never connected and keep sending instructions to reconnect. If I stand right beside the charger, my phone will connect to the charger Wi-Fi. When I then try to connect to my router, it cannot see any Wi-Fi networks. Sounds like the Wi-Fi receiver is on the blink - anybody else encountered this issue/got any advice?

Thanks BioHzrd, the day after I posted my issue, I finally received a reply from Podpoint. They ran remote diagnostics and there is a technical issue with the charger; technician coming on 24/4. Not a big issue because guess what? I’m still waiting on my Enyaq

Was installed as planned. Friend came around for coffee with his EV to help test it. All good.
