Hi,

If I remember correctly, I think these are Gridserve. 30p per kW and you can use a normal contactless bank card with no registration required 👍

I'm not sure on the route you are planning to take, or the part of london you are going to, but why not do a small 10-15min top up at the gridserve hub in Braintree (just off the A120), and then another one on the way back so you can get home?
It save faffing about with zap map and broken chargers.

It’s always worth using Zap-map (or ABRP or other apps) to find backup plans should your first choice of charging stop be busy or broken. Even if it’s maybe 10 miles off your route. There’s often a supermarket with a 50kW charger in a lot of larger towns for example.

Roo1980 - your time and effort is truly appreciated- I so wish I knew about this place last week. I will certainly use it as the location is perfect cut through to the M11. Many thanks again.

No problem. Its an excellent place if you are going that way, but it's a bit too out of the way if you are using only the m11 or A12.
