Does anyone else find the side windows and mirror glass get’s unusually dirty quickly compared to other cars ?

Especially the rear!
When ever operating in the boot, taking out or putting in shopping, I almost always accidentally touch the dirty bumper just above my knee - giving me dirty pants.
Highly annoying, but love the car!
Anyone got mudflaps on, and do they do any difference?

Back window and bumper collects loads of road dirt, even under the shade/spoiler. I washed it yesterday, because I knew sooner or later I was going to brush against it.

Got the mudflaps for appearance mainly, and that's mainly the difference they seem to make.

Yeah - No they don't!

I also have the mudflaps and they don't help much. But I like the look!

Yea the back end gets dirty quickly like other hatchbacks to a point I’ve had to clean lights and numberplate 2 days after washing and only 100 miles yet the rest of it isn’t too bad

Thank you for answering this question - I've had mine 2 weeks now - both weekends I've washed it due its dirty backside.. I was wondering if the the mud flaps would help.... I will wonder no longer!

Hi Goaty, thanks, no injuries to either drivers and his insurance is paying for everything. Didn't need to mention the dash cam but proved I had nothing to worry about. Going in for repair tomorrow, just hope they can match the Artic Silver colour.

After being in the garage for repair since 4th February, I finally took back the car today. The delay was waiting on parts, like the doors, B post and various gubbings. All working now and even managed to retrieve the umbrella from the stuck door before the garage deposited the door in the skip. The paint match is perfect.
